Education provider advised

If no - you should raise the issue with your education provider first and give them an opportunity to resolve it. You will often be able to find information about their complaints process on their website, in their handbook, or by asking staff.

I understand that in some cases Study Complaints | Ngā Amuamu Tauira may need to confirm, share or obtain information about my complaint from other relevant agencies, such as NZQA, as part of the complaints process.
